These terms apply to your use of the Groundsman website (groundsman.uk) and app (groundsman.app). By using them you agree to these terms.

What Groundsman is

Groundsman is software that helps sports clubs and grounds teams plan maintenance, record work and keep track of machinery.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details secure and only give access to people your club trusts. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the accuracy of the records you enter.

Acceptable use

• Do not use Groundsman unlawfully, or to harm or disrupt the service or other users.
• Do not try to access data that belongs to another club.
• Do not upload content you have no right to share.

Your club's data

Your club owns the records it enters. We store and process them only to provide the service. See our privacy policy for details.

Safety and compliance

Groundsman helps you record checks, servicing and reminders. It does not replace the manufacturer's instructions, a qualified engineer's advice or your legal health and safety duties. Your club remains responsible for operating and maintaining its equipment safely.

Availability

We aim to keep Groundsman running and your data safe, but the service is provided "as is" and we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or withdraw features.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from reliance on reminders or records in the app.

Ending use

You can stop using Groundsman at any time. We may suspend access if these terms are broken.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
